Opening day 29th march

On March 29th. Oona Kay was ready to be unleashed to the world. Wow what a stressful time, but of course, stressful in a good way (if there is such a thing).  We had our local MP Vernon Coaker  to cut the ribbon at noon. What a lovely man he was. He's very supportive of local small businesses. So it only seemed right that I asked him.
You know the feeling you get when you wonder if anyone will actually come and you think that you will be the only one there ?  Well those fears were very short lived.  Soon the place began to fill and fill lol. I knew there was just no way that everyone would fit in the group photograph lol..
Sitting back and actually looking again at your vision . Only this time it was real !!  The purpose built workshop, the shop, the gift room,  the kitchen and even the office all just how I had imagined it to be.

Here's a few photographs..

  1. I just cant believe how much it has changed from when we were here and you signed for it. Lol i could not believe that, i thought you were joking hahaha. It is unreal how it looks and it is so inviting. You should be proud of yourself hunny, it really sparks off your personality.
The open day was absolutley brilliant hunny and it was amazing to see loads of your crafters, friends and family come to support you. You deserve the very best hunny and dont let the lil people bring you down because they are just jealous of your success. All the very best on your vision and I know you will make it and I know you will be a millionaire one day hahahaha love you xxxxxxxxxxxx

    1. Awww thank you mrs right hand :0) there's no way I could of done it without everyone's support.. Lots of sweat but surprisingly not many tears lol.
Now certain people have been removed. I can concentrate on what's important. The success of Oona Kay. The ability to share what I love with as many people as I can. Having a warm, friendly and fun environment where crafters can come together.
This time next year, Rodney ;0) xxx
